Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains how deposits and payments are treated for the design and development services of Ahmad Digital Agencies (Pty) Ltd. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

Reservation deposit (25%)

A reservation deposit of 25% of your estimated project fee secures your start date. It holds a place in our project schedule and is non-refundable once paid, including if you decide not to proceed. If you proceed, it is credited in full toward your 50% project deposit.

Project deposit (50%)

A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work begins. It covers research, planning and the project slot reserved for you, and is non-refundable.

Cancellations after work has started

If you cancel after work has commenced, you are liable for the work completed to date, which may exceed the deposit depending on the stage of the project. Refunds are not issued for completed and delivered work that you have approved.

When we refund

If we are unable to start your project on the reserved date, cannot take on your project, or cannot complete it because of circumstances on our side, we will reschedule with you or issue a fair and proportionate refund of any amounts paid beyond the work completed.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
